“May our gift to you enable you to give, and experience for yourself – the simple truth that it really feels good to give to others.” Peter Skaife
All of the core faculty and adjunct faculty at Hero University
present their services utilizing Our Gifting Policy.
Note: Some of our Guest Instructors and Other Service Professionals are not yet on Our Giving Policy. In these cases, their fees are included in their class descriptions.
OUR GIFTING POLICY: We give our services as a gift (our labor, skills, and knowledge), as a sacred offering for the benefit of others.
1) Prior to gifting our services, we accept a registration fee (i.e. a contribution toward rent and utilities)
2) After our services are given, we welcome your personal gift to “help other people receive our services.”
PRINCIPLES of our GIVING SERVICE to others
- Giving a Gift to as a Natural Human Behavior
- Returning Money to the Sacred Realm
- Selfish Manipulation versus Sacred Service
- Restoration of the Gift Realm
- Hoarding versus Sharing What We Have
- Old Culture of Scarcity versus Re-Emerging Culture of Abundance
Our decision to adopt this gifting policy is a statement
of support for “a culture of abundance” in today’s world!
How Much Should I Give?
Perhaps the best and most natural way to determine what to give is to pause for a moment to meditate on the service you have received, and then, ask yourself – what would I like to give ? how can I best express my appreciate? how can I best help others to receive this service?
